Cancellation Policy
CrownCare Service Policy At CrownCare, we’re committed to providing respectful, reliable, and professional support across all care areas — whether it’s for your pets, loved ones, or your home. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Scheduling & Appointments Advance Booking: All services must be scheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance, depending on the service type. Same-Day Services: Based on availability. Additional fees may apply. Multiple Services in One Day: You may book more than one service per day, depending on availability. Please indicate this during your booking. Arrival Window: We provide a 30–60 minute arrival window to accommodate traffic and previous appointments. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (25–50% of the service fee). Rescheduling: Allowed with no fee if done 24+ hours ahead. Last-minute reschedules may incur a fee. No-Show Policy: A no-show without communication may result in full service charge. Payments Payment Due: At the time of service or in advance, depending on the service type. Accepted Methods: Cash, card, or digital payments (Zelle, CashApp, etc., as available). Late Payments: Subject to a late fee after 48 hours. Service Terms by Category 🐾 Pet Care Clear instructions must be provided for feeding, walking, medications, and behavior notes. Aggressive or unpredictable animals must be disclosed in advance. Emergency contacts and vet info required for all overnight or extended visits. 🧑🍼 Family & Elderly Care A clear care plan should be provided prior to service. We respect all boundaries and maintain confidentiality. We are not medical professionals — no medical care will be administered unless part of agreed basic supervision. 🧼 In-and-Out Cleaning Please ensure areas to be cleaned are accessible. Deep cleaning or special requests should be discussed beforehand. We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions (e.g. mold, structural damage). Respect & Safety We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if safety concerns arise (hostile environments, dangerous pets, etc.). Clients and staff are expected to maintain respectful, professional interactions at all times. Contact & Communication You will receive confirmation and reminders via text/email.
